交通便利，楼下出门就有52路、20路、135路公交车，几乎所有景点都可以到，离厦大芙蓉隧道很近，楼下有很多小吃很方便，因为来时赶上春节很冷没有暖风，跟客服要了两床被子一点不冷，给客服点赞。

房间干净卫生整洁，位于市区附近交通很便利，楼下就有公交车站，去哪都方便。性价比超高，所以我们连续住了两晚，估计第三晚也会在这住。

房间很大，建议早定房间，价格就会优惠很多，标间120元左右，门前就有20路公交车起点站，沿途直达景点很多。
