首先，宾馆位置不错，离各景点近，但牌头不醒目，价格与硬件不匹配，其次，服务员态度尚好，但做事呆板，可能都是兼职工，自己家的小孩，因未带户口，不让小孩进房间，只能大人自己去放行理至房间，而小孩独自留在一楼大厅(不关心小孩安全)，最后，退房宾馆会送份小点，但有前提需绝对五星好评且工作人员亲笔。
