从酒店的硬件来看是个老牌酒店，但一点不失风范。服务到位，尤其是前台接待帅哥，不仅给升级了房型，还详细介绍了酒店设施，提前预定的婴儿床也主动协调送达。房间不大但舒适性很高，这次入住满分。

酒店就在环岛路上，去海滩很近，很舒服～十一期间，酒店还给升级了高级双床房，赞的！

房间太小了北区的标间，厕所一样小。还没有快捷酒店大！订了3晚住了2晚扔了1晚！艺龙和酒店的沟通力度欠佳！

订的是北区无窗的标间，房间设施比较老旧，卫生条件还不错，房间比较小，床是1.5米的，三个人睡很挤（1.2以下的儿童），早餐很差，8:00左右就没什么吃的了，品种也很少，真的不像5星级酒店。唯一满意的就是游泳池了！
