酒店位置距离中山路步行街比较近，要去鼓浪屿也只要向东走200多米乘3站公交车就到轮渡码头了。房间和厦门其他酒店一样都比较小。该就店共四层，没有电梯，早餐也比较简单（稀饭、豆浆、馒头、6个下粥小菜），另外该酒店没有无线网、没有有线网，停车的地方也比较小，一共只有6辆车大小的场地，停车需首尾左右贴近了停，停在内侧车辆要出去要=需外侧车辆移位。
