很经典的老酒店。但这次入住，竟然有客房服务人员在背后议论客人，一个穿黑衣服的女员工和另一女员工在放工作车的布草间里说我们什么什么，她以为小声我没听到，当时我就站在电梯口等电梯，就旁边小房间内而已。她平时和我们还笑呵呵的，没想到酒店服务员大胆到已经会说客人坏话了，不错啊。每个人的生活方式是不一样的，做服务行业就是要能接受各方客人，各风俗习惯的客人，如果对客人某些方面有意见，不满意，那就不要接受这行业工作。酒店对每个客人反映的当事人，都应做调查、处理，不能轻视，我也是做大酒店服务的

那天去吃早餐，住无数次了，头一次见到很差的早餐，我知道那天没什么客人，入住不多，但都是客人不能区别对待，不能以客人少，食材就做少。有些房间的灯具都不能亮，证明服务员做卫生没有检查设施设备

这个酒店在厦门性价比很高，三星级服务很棒，外面也是很多小吃商场，厦门地铁这几天已经通了，他家就在地铁站门口，交通很方便，去景区去集美区以及高铁站都十分方便，送双早，早餐很丰富，三星级酒店就是和快捷酒店有着本质区别
