朋友帮忙订了房，然后误订想退，跟艺龙和酒店都沟通了，不让退，一定要去住，非常不人性。酒店也没提供充电器，非要客人借充电宝，半夜没电一两点跑下楼换。真的是呵呵，卫生还行，外景布局比房间还好，希望服务可以跟上。
