服务态度真的很好，之前去三亚住的五星也没有他们贴心，特别是有个姓姜的服务人员，每次出门都会提示我们外面的天气，注意防晒，人多带好小朋友，回酒店也会帮我们拿东西，个方面都很满意。

房间很不错，床有点太软了，睡一下就塌了，酒店环境很好，楼层比一般酒店高一些，早餐也特别棒。卫生间科勒马桶一般般，总觉得冲力不强。
