相对于高级酒店来说当然无法比，对于民宅设施不是很豪华，但挺舒适。屋主人很和善，态度很好，而且还跟我们说了一些需要注意的事项。卫生环境不错，位置很棒，就在龙头小街，逛街方便，吃的也方便！

房间比较旧，老板很好，我们买不到船票帮我们申请了绿色通道，鼓浪屿上的游客还是很多，住的一般，性价比真的不高

厦门住宿普遍偏贵，特别是鼓浪屿。如果说这家店的优点就是店家服务热情，离小吃街近，但是性价比真心一般啊，500多的价格100以内小宾馆配置。是我有生以来住的最贵最差的酒店。建议如果来厦门不要选旺季选了旺季不要选在鼓浪屿住，选择鼓浪屿住选择1000左右的酒店。
