我从来不发评论，以前对戴斯酒店信任度很高，这次来厦门这家酒店的服务态度让我很失望，当时我们飞机延误了几个小时，带着一家老小出来玩耍，前台小弟一定要我们出示三岁孩子证件而且是一种故意刁难的态度，跟杀了他爸一样的凶，全世界跑第一次遇到这种事。当时很多酒店都满房，我作为消费者八百多一晚这样的服务房间又小不推介。小弟这态度也不适合此岗位，你适合为国家去抗战，，，，

酒店环境、设施整体都不错，服务也挺好。根据需要帮忙调换了房间。就是房间略有些小，不过可以接受。早餐挺丰富的，就是高峰期人比较多，需要等位子。总体性价比挺高的。
