性价比很低。住的art，房间小，设施也不太好，特别是窗帘，就是一层薄薄的布，连遮光布都没有，根本不能遮光，晚上关了灯，外面的光透进来，房间亮不行，早上天亮又早，光透进来根本没办法让人好好睡觉！形同虚设！隔音也是非常差的。这个价格不算低，体验非常不好。打扫卫生的阿姨每天固定时间来，过了时间就没人打扫了。毛巾也是要自己去拿，没有人帮换，普通的便捷酒店都比这舒服很多。

客观的角度评价，住的地方位于一个小区里，应该是住宅改的，进出门要门禁卡，安全跟安静是可以认可的，不过房间很小是真真的，(是我住过最小的)床很软很软，日式的风格，窗帘是白色的不遮光，很早房间就很亮很亮，洗漱用品建议还是自己带，不好用也是真的，没有一次性梳子，空调直对床，还好现在天气好，前台的小姑凉有出来接我们怕找不到，后面的服务我就不想说什么了，客观评价结束，有脾气的说就是有下一次我反正是不会再去了的，生气
