兩年前剛開幕時住過，服務好，性價比高，所以再次入住，這次預定機場接機並email電話確認，結果沒派人過來接，打去酒店說沒有預定紀錄，到了前台一句解釋都沒，整個大廳亂糟糟，Check in時櫃檯人員還在前台吃東西，上樓前被3、4個保安欄下來，態度口氣很差，像在質問人犯，報了房間號跟入住姓名，手頭卻沒有資料，又被查了一番，明明已經住宿登記，你們沒資料，怪我嗎？寄了2個快遞到酒店，丟了一個，保安室只會推諉卸責，一個負責的人都沒有，這酒店明顯跟開幕時差了一大截，應該好好整頓，訂了兩間房牆紙全剝落
