充电器送了一个多小时，打了三次电话才送。有没有都不回复，叫餐说厦门会议不让送上楼，中午明明送了说可以，我要不是去厦门看病我会住你们酒店，态度差，还挂客人电话，辣鸡酒店，马桶冲了三次，冲水也坏了，就你们那种服务态度早晚关门

入住环境和周围的交通都挺方便的。就是每次回房间都需要在8楼停下让酒店的的人员再检查确认下才能帮你按电梯回去。自己的房卡是刷不了电梯的。必须是用检查过的工作人员的卡才能用电梯。有点麻烦！
