在同程订完房是直接付费的，到了酒店已经晚上十一点了，结果到了前台服务员说没有查到信息，而且前台小妹也特别高冷，问话都要两遍才肯回答，好在房间倒是办好了，睡了一晚上凌晨五点开始窗户外面开始大型空调机运转声，太崩溃，早上和前台换房，好在也顺利给换了，房间设施不错，也很干净，酒店早餐也很丰富，酒店位于明发广场附近，吃东西很方便，周围环境倒不是很吵，但是酒店三楼的多功能厅每天都车水马龙各种，从早七点到晚九点都基本人声鼎沸。所以总的评价是：如果能消除这些酒店本身的嘈杂会是很棒的酒店。

市中心位置，去厦大，南普陀，中山路也算方便，最值得一提的就是旁边有个大商场，吃饭非常方便，里面还有超市家乐福，买特产便宜实惠，下次去还考虑住。酒店早餐还可以，人性化

艺龙说好的10分钟给我回电话，还信誓旦旦的保证，但是结果是等了一个晚上都没给我回电话，而且不是一两次保证，希望你们艺龙有点信誉可以吗，不能做到就不用保证，一点信誉都不遵守的无良商家。

在艺龙预定了酒店，酒店不给入住，又不给退款，说一旦预定成功不能取消不能更改，不能取消不能更改你倒是给我房间呀，房间也不给钱也不给退，这不是明目张胆的抢钱吗，下次不可能再预定艺龙的了，放一些便宜的价格来抢钱，这样好么，有没有可以管一下的。
