衞生乾净整洁，定的房间打开窗户就可以看见大海，距离鼓浪屿东渡客运码头走路就几分钟就到了，去鼓浪屿旅游很方便，旁边也有健康步道拍照也很出片，距离白城沙滩，植物园等景点打车也很近

由于会议在此酒店，入住的感受平平，服务人员很尽力尽责，但是老化的设施，感觉上打折扣。房间中的饮品，无咔啡包。洗手间够大，但陈旧，洗浴用品均太一般般。地点离码头近，但周围没什么可以吃或喝的选择

到鼓浪屿，离码头非常近，酒店环境很安静温馨，还非常乾净。和家人一同去走几分钟就到了码头。很顺畅的排队跨海到了鼓浪屿，游玩一天很自在，很轻松。

酒店离东渡码头非常近，步行10分钟就可以到达哦。酒店后面有家本地闽菜馆叫悦福来，菜价有点小贵味道很一般，淡而无味。酒店楼下有三家吃早餐的，一家是当地人开的苍蝇小馆，海鲜麪25元，内容包含（2只死虾、十只大拇指盖大小的花蛤，一个煎蛋，一口麪）第二家：四川人开的麪馆，（一碗酱油小麪10元）第三家杭州小笼包没有吃没有评价。

酒店如其他住客所説，设施旧，旧，旧。东渡码头附近唯一可以步行过去酒店，占尽地理位置优势，十几年了，酒店都不肯花钱重新装修，可惜了，重新装修应该大有作为。
