位置好，出门就是中山路；管理严格和安全，进入都要报房间号和名字给保安，确认通过后才可以入内，加上公安局就在对面；不过不好的地方是房间缺少洗澡时放换洗衣服的架子和无晾衣服的地方，希望可以改进。
