1.位置很好。在岛上有名的风琴博物馆旁。无论是刚刚到达从三丘田码头登上鼓浪屿，还是入住后去繁华的龙头路逛吃都很近2.前台小哥很亲切3.有关房间。比想象中大还挺干净的4.喜欢的大阳台。景色很不错，晚上回到酒店，只是站会吹风也觉得很不错。晚上还能看到对岸厦门夜景。还有不足但没大影响：例洗手间换气扇声音大（但是关上洗手间门就ok）

好坏参半吧，
好：离三丘田码头较近，10分钟之内到达（注：带老人孩子的速度）；客栈的院落还算漂亮，门口时不时有过来拍婚纱照的，三楼楼顶处有一露台（公共区域），泡壶茶坐下来欣赏对面厦门的夜景很小资。
坏：房间阴暗，所住2楼房间窗户是过道的窗户，不通风；屋子里有油漆的味道；没有纱窗，蚊子非常多，大人孩子都咬了几个包，现在还痒，这次去厦门住了3个地方，只有这个地方蚊子奇多无比，酒店到时有提供蚊香，退房时间在12点，11点半老板就打电话催啦，这个可以理解但是如果态度再委婉些的就更好了（PS:其实我们一早都收拾好东西了，您催饿时候我们就在旁边的风琴博门口物馆拍照（紧挨，走路1分钟不到就能回去。）

老别墅，房间不大，卫生间不小，两扇窗户，完全不用担心气味问题，天台的夜景也很美好，唯一的不满就是房门是玻璃的，外面走廊的灯光显得太刺眼，强烈建议门上加个帘子
