早餐在最里边一栋别墅里，地方不大，一张长餐桌，样式不算多但可以吃饱。没有停车场。有免费Wi-Fi。有双人双床房，可以住四个人。木制房屋不太隔音。卫生间特别大。酒店位置在足球场后边，看着绿茵场空地风景挺好的，比赛的时候有点吵，位置还是蛮方便出门逛的。但是距离码头太远了，摆渡车收费的，只能从码头坐到酒店，从酒店不能坐到码头。

这是我感觉最不虚此行的住宿地点。古朴优雅，端庄大气，充满历史故事的地方。非常适合一家人来，闹中取静，是不可多得的休憩之所。来鼓浪屿我会再次选择这里。但是一定要提前预定。

非常好！充满年代感，不愧为中国第一别墅的称号！前台服务很满意！孩子恋恋不舍的离开，丰富的早餐，美味的下午茶，叫早的鸟叫，清晨的第一缕阳光！强烈推荐，下次还来！一棵大榕树隔开了外界的喧嚣！很舒服，很安静！

是我住过最好的别墅酒店，没有之一！充满年代感，老人孩子都喜欢😍五岁的孩子恋恋不舍不想离开，因为丰富的早餐，美味的下午茶，离沙滩超级近，还有小鸟的叫早音乐！一棵大榕树把黄家花园与外界的喧闹隔开！寸土寸金的鼓浪屿，酒店前边还有个足球场！太美了！下次还来！

第一次跟着导航走到黄家花园那边的门，进去就50米，门卫非让我们拖着行李绕着体育场走一大圈，再去鼓浪屿，绝对不住黄家花园！！！！就中德记而言，地理位置超好，性价比好
