入住的第一天，房间中央空调出问题，与总台与同程客服沟通许久。当时酒店处理问题确实让我很不满意，后经同程客服协调，第二天顺利换房。总体给好评吧，希望酒店今后在设备维护和员工素质教育方面做的更好。

酒店确实是不错，地理位置也好，酒店内设有自助餐厅。电梯很稳，很安静，房间楼道铺的是地毯，特别舒服、高档。房间隔音效果很好。房内设施更不用说了，床是相当的舒服，一躺下就不想起来！卫生间马桶很高级，淋浴房和浴缸是分开的，淋浴房还是圆形的！卫生间内和卫生间门口及电视机后面墙全是大理石瓷砖贴的，看起来相当高端！床周边是地毯，提供的一次性鞋子也是相当有质感！房间写字台是还提供充电器备用，相当贴心，房间的矿泉水不收费的！
