趁着年前好天气来厦门旅游，预定了厦门港湾大酒店一海景房和一城景房，大堂漂亮的经理为了让我们旅游不留遗憾，把城景房也升级到了海景房！真是一次超级棒的入往体验！厦门港湾大酒店，不但地理位置好、有着超级无敌的海景享受，而且交通方便，更主要的是酒店的设施齐全、干净整洁，服务人员态度好，谢谢你们了！

一直都选择住这家，因为位置方便，但是也就位置方便了。硬件一般般。服务态度就是0！为什么不能打0星，最少都要打1星，给了我都恶心。从打电话预定到办入住到退房就跟吃了火药一样。这种员工怎么培训的？你们酒店的软件就这个水平？所有前台服务人员怎么培训的？

酒店离第一码头很近，不过那个码头是市民坐船的码头，酒店房间不大，三楼有一个很大的露台。
