我一年要在同程网消费几万块，之前非常认可，但同程网变得超级垃圾，没有房间的酒店就挂网上卖，选了半天付好钱了，连个电话都没有就直接被取消，这不是售卖虚假信息吗？害我客人大半夜找房子，退款还不给退，超级垃圾，呼吁大家再也不要用同程了.客服电话打了N个，最后一个男士态度非常恶劣。我们付了款就以发生交易，你们没有房间就不要挂上面卖，这跟卖假货有什么区别，凭什么要我们承担付了款没有放的风险，你们的工作人员都是干什么的？垃圾
