酒店对外来拜访人员的管理严格，晚上11点必须离开，要查房。进房间上电梯要查身份证，防止了非法人员进入！一个人带着孩子入住很有安全感！房间干净整洁，很满意！订的附属楼，去得晚，没房间了，免费帮我升级成主楼的了，很不错??来厦门几天，觉得遇到的相关服务、工作人员态度都很好，说话和气，包括机场的工作人员态度都很好，让人很舒服！

这是一家老酒店，早餐品质一般，面包🍞没有了建议经理加时，一直没加。
最让人气恼的是定的年夜饭，本想不让老人出去就在酒店解决，但是没成想，菜的品质不是一般的差:
红烧肉全是肥肉不说，还没烧透;
鸡汤的肉硬的像竹子;
蒸的鱼也不新鲜;
牛肉根本没法吃;
一个大厅几乎就我们一桌菜，都做的这么差，还要收15％的附加费，送的橘子还是烂的。
和餐厅经理建议时没有一点歉意。
过年很影响全家旅游的心情😣😠😞
不会再去第二次华侨酒店了

房间阴冷，酒店只有冷风没有暖风，前台的解释是市政府有规定，气温不到7度以下不开暖风，前一晚的海悦明明是有暖风的，彻底无语不会再来了
