包包不小心忘在房间里。酒店下午两点多联系我的时候却说是遗漏化妆品。我不理解为什么没有直接说明是忘记携带包包而是遗漏化妆品。直到晚上七点我主动联系酒店询问是遗漏了什么化妆品拍照给我看一下ps：客人遗漏物品。但却说了一个与遗漏物品无关的东西。咱就是说整一个大无语
