实在是太差劲了，住过这么多酒店最差劲的一家没有之一，首先说服务，第一天晚上基本上是热着没有睡好，小孩满身是汗，早上出门告知空调不行，等我们晚上回来以为有修理下吧，照样热死人，根本不把顾客反馈的当回事，第二，我定了2天的早餐，我2大人带2小孩说只能2个人吃，我说能否把第二天的餐票提前给或者我第二天一起去怎么样都不同意，为什么不写清楚小孩吃要另外付费，第二天我去吃是8点多还有点东西，我老公9点下来全部收了，也没有任何人问，这个就是所谓的早餐提供，第三，不经过房客的同意私自进房间，第二天打扫，第三天早上我投诉完后服务员没有经过同意去我们房间，还好我重要东西背身上不然指不定会不会有人偷拿呢，不知道其他人的评价是不是买来的，这个都是真实的评价避免让其他的游客们不要上当受骗，这么垃圾的服务去住要慎重

免费升级了房间 电视信号不太好有一点花屏 卫生间和空调都正常 地理位置极佳 出行方便brt公车都有 周边吃饭的地方和超市也多 之前对面的火车站施工太吵 现在火车站完工了应该还好 楼层普遍较高 在20层左右
