离三丘田码头超级近，环境也不错，晚上很安静，也很安全，就是洗浴设施一般，换新就完美了。有三层，部分房间没有独立卫生间，但是我们入住的时候住户少，每层一户，他们房内都有卫生间，基本就是我们在用，跟其他住户没有打过照面，私密性还可以。

去年来住的是柏文熊主题酒店的两室一厅，环境很好，于是今年还订了。结果服务太差，没住成。这里其实就是民居。有电视机看，没电视看。有热水器，要自己加热。两室一厅在三楼，但客厅没空调，没风扇，蚊虫很多。房间和客厅窗户不密封，所以我是开窗被蚊子叮，不开窗闷死。建议装纱窗。地板没擦。八百多贵了。

实景和图片一样。别墅环境很安静。房间挺宽敞的，保养得还比较新，洗手间也宽敞，按摩浴缸，有个独立露台，只是要看电视的话要到外面的公共客厅呵呵。建议房东做个明显的大招牌，明明走完码头出口就来到小区门口了，都不知道是这里。
