酒店在国庆期间这个价格是可以接受的，但是，酒店一旦预定付费，哪怕是错误操作多订了两个晚上一律不给变更退订错订的两个晚上，感觉不怎么人性化，所以，大家如果不是百分百要住或者不够细致的，还望留意，其他酒店本身环境设施还可以。

房间挺好的，也算四星级了吧，只是酒店稍微偏了一些，就像老公说的，去厦门都岛内了，怎么也该离海近一些呀，哈哈哈，下次确实想定个离海近一些的，不过酒店的服务都不错，第二天早上很早出发游玩，都帮我们把早饭打包好，酒店里的餐厅点菜也蛮好吃的

垃圾还是垃圾，酒店垃圾，艺龙垃圾，明明付款后没有入住，酒店也没房间了，申请退款竟然显示已经入住，你能还能再不要脸些吧

首先卫生差（睡觉被蟑螂吓醒），空调一点都不冷（还要酒店拿风扇），服务员态度太差（问什么都说没用“只是说：是这样的”），早餐就离谱（人太多没用一点食物可以吃，告诉服务员他说要等就等不知道多久才有食物）。酒店在服务方面没有一定的水平，一个三人房只给两个杯子，在打电话问前台后服务生上门后仍然坚决没有多给一个三人房的三个杯子。然后一个三人房只给两瓶很少的沐浴露，服务态度非常有问题。最基本的设施设备也没有完善。希望这个酒店一定要提升应有的服务态度，服务素质。以及最基本的服务设施设备。否则这个酒店根本没资格接待客人。请向该酒店的接待部门反映情况。让该酒店好好改善。处理已存在的严重问题。
