1、服务一般：前台办理入住比较慢，业务不熟，总体上管理显得混乱，多数客人要等。
2、房间设施良好：订的零压高级双床房，卫生与配套设施良好，唯一就是过道香水太浓，令人作呕！
3、服务点评真实度不高：离店时前台服务生索要好评，而且要求当面点评完成，这点让人反感，故而怀疑好评真实性，希望其它旅客能坚持如实评价，为后来住宿旅客提供依据。
