房间不怎么样，壁纸脱落也有异味。订单取消不了只好住满。但是同程客服认真的态度值得赞美。同程的顾问也是特别热心，有耐心

此次定的房间没有预期的满意，里面的壁纸都脱落了，而且房间味道重。房间倒是够大，早餐不咋地。当时想退房了，但是订单不可取消。当时还怕没有看到房间特意加了退房保险，可是太晚了就住下了，第二天就退不了了。不过同程客服很好，认真负责，虽然退不成但是知道不是他们的责任。

出差，要了最便宜的房间，结果进去就转不开身了，还没有窗户！！！11月厦门31-32度，可酒店冷气已经停了，开会的时候热死，晚上睡觉闷死。。。。不过一日三餐很好吃！！！！
