服务态度差，卫生做的也不干净，房间空调温度一直都固定在26.27居然告诉我不能调，原来总开关被关了，意思不反映就打算让客户这么热着了，花了大把的钱，居然享受的是这种待遇，真不知道网上那么多好评是不是都为了返现，住的一点都不愉快。

差到极点，入住办手续就花了10分钟以上，第二天有事未来得及续住但未退房，到总台办手续时马上加价200，在网络订下后，明明我住的房还在的情况下，直接给艺龙说没房，中退也不沟通，…总之为了加价，什么招都使，完全不想帮顾客解决问题

本来入住该酒店都还挺好，但是一旦出了什么事情，该酒店就会推卸责任，没能及时处理客户问题，还要客户一直打电话问情况，也没问出个所以然来，当初承诺一定会处理清楚给回复，至今也未有电话联系，所以提醒各位订此酒店要慎重考虑，因为订单问题，只会推卸责任，做不到就不要承诺客户，这样就存在欺骗消费者，能看到评论的消费者们，再次提醒
