这是第二次入住这家酒店。本身可以说是鼓浪屿一景，据说是岛上唯一的四星酒店，环境没得说。还有电瓶车接送码头，这些都是优点。但是，我要说但是，酒店的房间设施顶多算的上三星，这个我之前住过，也有所准备。但是作为一家星级酒店，你们的服务在哪里？因为带了宝宝，随后问酒店要了婴儿床，但是婴儿床太低，没法和大床相连，于是说把婴儿床退了。然后后面发生的事让我无语了。来了2个服务人员，刚开门就看到2张臭脸，撇着嘴说"床不要啦？怎么啦？我们把床拉过来很远的，就不要啦，云云"。我就奇怪了，再远这不是你们的本职工作吗？这就是你们所谓的星级服务，酒店的职业培训就是这样培训的？另外，房间的卫生打扫的非常不干净，床底下各种不知道放在那多少年的脏东西，只要客人看不见，就可以偷懒不打扫。顺带，桌上的台灯也是坏的。以后不会再考虑这家酒店，其他例如酒店设施等等都是可以改的，但服务是很难朝夕间改变的。

环境是美极了，应该是岛上设施较好的了吧，环境是很美很美～～～不知道价位更高的娜娜家和琴海庄园如何。因为有三个孩子，看到有电瓶车接送，选了这个。一进酒店门口就惊呆了，好美～～～在岛上转悠时一比较，更是庆幸选了海上花园，我们选的二楼景观房，照片都是在阳台拍的
