房间是很好，只是这次住的很不愉快。原本让朋友预定好了房间，是普通房，要升级行政房，前台怎么说都没有行政房，结果上网预定却马上确认，费用也不能退，很不愉快。

我就想问一句，如果你去一个地方旅游，不确定自己住几天，先订一天，一般酒店会在第二天一早询问是不是还续续住？或者告知你只能住一天，你的房间我们已经订给别人了。他们没有！第二天告知你必须退房！
