我预订了酒店2⃣️晚，交了全额款。但因为朋友无法赶来入住，我提前2个晚上提出理赔，但艺龙没及时反应给保险公司，直到入住时间已过才打电话给我。并且说公务订房才有理赔，什么乱七八糟的东西。50几元的保险也太好赚了吧。如果是这样的话，私人原因订房无法入住全都不理赔。看来这保险显然是骗人的，艺龙也是骗人的无保障的公司。以后谁还敢全额预订。900多块钱就这样什么也没了。这里的保险太吭人了。非常气愤！大家别相信了！
