非常不错的酒店！老牌四星酒店服务规范很温馨、值得信任！前台几位入主登记如张利东经理、吕经理能急顾客之所急，服务规范细腻，给人宾至如归的感觉。我一共住了6天下次来厦门还住闽南的。
建议闽南的早餐厅还要改进一下服务态度，不要太过于盛气凌人，毕竟酒店是做服务的！本来入住时我们就和前台协商好的，我小孩不到1.2米但已超出酒店早餐规定过1.1米的话要收28元的餐费，早餐时我把这一情况说给餐厅经理，作为四星酒店餐厅经理的回答和处理方法我感觉还是有问题的！因为喜欢闽南所以我要把这一情况说说来，希望酒店在这方面以后能更完善一下
