从入住到退房都是很愉快的，必须全五星。然而退房后发现充电器数据线忘记拿了，于是致电前台，前台很快回复确实落在酒店，打车又回去拿了。刚拿到的时候看着线白白的，以为酒店特地还帮我清洗了，有点小感动。回到家才发现原装的数据线被调包了。不在于数据线的价值，而是服务让人过于寒心，还不如说并没有落在酒店。

在厦门算是老牌酒店了，地理位置不错，出了酒店就有公交站，去各个景点的公交车很多，走出两条街有早市夜市，卖水果的、卖菜的，还有小吃都很多。酒店的内部设施多少有些陈旧了，空调制热不是很好用，去的几天赶上降温感觉屋里有些冷想要制热，结果一点效果都没有，房间清扫还是很及时的，但是服务方面还有待改进，包括内部装修也需要更新的，希望会越来越好吧

不值这个价，酒店并不是单独的，分租几层给了其它单位，显得很乱。房间小，床垫睡得累。艺龙订的时候没注意时间，预计中午12点到酒店入住，但晚上八点才到酒店办理入住，前台说过时间了，办不了。一般在其它酒店预订时间过了，基本上都会来电问询下，但这家挂牌四星却没有。早上离店时车被堵的出不去，保安去找租房在酒店的公司车司机，耽误近半小时。严重不推荐。
