厕所的窗户的拉手坏的，使不上力关上。很容易走光的。而且很脏，放糟糕牙膏的盘子全是一层白白的，都没打扫。空调也是没什么作用，开到16度的制冷也只是一点点微风，最可恶的是，沐浴露和洗发露也没有，打电话给当天晚上接待的人，说自己也不确定有没有，说等下就处理，十分钟也没有人回应，就自己跑下去，态度很差的冲我发火，先说没有就没有，后来又说不是不给我们处理，好像我们*他干嘛似的，最后，他自己搞错了，是有的。
