在网上订的酒店，两间，无入住，沟通了一天，半分钱不给退，试问这样的酒店可以叫客户去说什么呢？本来就该酒店和网上去沟通，网上推给酒店，酒店推给网上，难道酒店不能人性化一点？我们也是吃公粮的，几百块对酒店来说不算什么，对我们来说很重要！

最怕的就是到旅游城市出差，经费不足很尴尬。还好搜到了这家酒店，就在地铁旁边。交通绝对便利的。虽然房间小了点，但是有早餐还是很满意的。感觉都是游客来住的。总体还不错呢。
