2009年开业硬件设施比较老旧，而且酒店的服务有点过分的“热情”，从入住、乘电梯、出入酒店全程有保安或服务人员陪同监视，入住需二代身份证与本人实时照像留存，比办银行卡还复杂且慢，人证合一才能办理；进酒店需要在保安的监视下刷二代身份证进国产低端闸机（闸机中间有凸起，拉行李差点摔跤），刷卡后保安还需亲自核实身份证信息，确保人证合一才能进电梯；同时电梯里还长期站着一服务人员协助刷房间卡去楼层；入住后出门办事回酒店或去吃早餐，必须将以上流程走全才能进入房间，外来访客必须由住客带领到前台实名登记照像留存。此热情监视服务全球罕见，感觉这里不是酒店，有点像监狱。

早餐非常好，地理位置离景点略远，工作人员服务热情但是酒店有些老旧，不隔音，有霉味，还被蚊子半夜咬了几个大包，但一打电话有人接听，并送来花露水。总的服务很ok，老旧的酒店

很老旧的酒店，早上七点去一楼吃早餐，三部电梯只有一部开放，等了很久来到七楼，又是满满的上不去。服务和卫生尚好，毕竟是国外的品牌和管理。
