中肯的评价，供大家参考:1.位置靠近海边，这点确实很好，早上晚上海边散步非常方便。虽然有点偏，但我喜欢这种宁静。2.交通比较便利，基本哪里的公交都有，虽然可能相对曾厝垵，厦大要远点。3.服务基本可以忽略，卫生不容乐观，第一次住民宿，我不知道是不是民宿都这样。4.房间朝向不好，换了几个房间，要不是西晒厉害，要不潮湿发霉的感觉。5.没住过其他的，不知道性价比怎么样，从我去过的旅游景点看，属于一般体验

老板人超好，也超帅，晚上到的，老板来路口接我们还帮我们提箱子。免费帮我们升级无敌海景房，房间很大，视野超好。下次过来还住这家！
