体验非常不好！酒店与艺龙沟通中弄错了房型，5点多开房的，半夜11点多打电话，叫我与艺龙交涉换房，还上门要我出示订单。出门在外住酒店就是图个放松，安静，这酒店还半夜骚扰！且不说我带着小孩那时已入睡打电话叫我换房，就说本身非我的问题，酒店怎能叫我与艺龙沟通，这是转嫁责任！后来我自己电话和艺龙确认无关我的责任并和酒店说了，还继续打电话，我直接拔掉电话线不接，不然当晚还不知要折腾到什么时候。第2天退房又是一番确认折腾，虽然最后是按照原订单处理了，但体验真的很不好！！酒店半夜骚扰客人，完全不考虑客人带着小孩，己知是后台弄错了还转嫁责任，要客人去沟通，不然要我半夜换房，这种服务态度还是第一次碰到。

怎么没有点评返现。性价比一般 但卫生干净的 位置中心挺方便的 我们是去鼓浪屿 只有四公里左右。
