明明提前订好的单间 到达时前台却告知单间没房了 要给我换标间双床 还说不同意的话叫我申请退房 最主要两个男服务员中有一个语气特别不好 让人感觉特别不舒服。入住好几次了都感觉挺好的，就是此次对酒店的诚信和服务特别不满︶︿︶
