酒店的装修比较旧了，环境还好就是靠近铁路，火车经过比较吵，管理应该算是不错，没有乱七八糟的小卡片投递。

厦门南方饭店房间内设施还算整洁、卫生,卫生间淋浴处没有遮水帘,应填加为好。房间内可听到火车声音。程心太。

离火车站太近了，尤其是北面的房间，整晚都有火车声音。房间很小，洗手间的的容器太旧了。
