酒店位置很好，服务也还过得去，环境很安静，适合旅游度假。早餐有点简单，其实价格已经不低了，餐饮可以搞得再还一点。下次有机会还会再来，也会推荐给亲朋好友们，厦门是个好地方，鼓浪屿名不虚传，就是人太多，轮渡票太难买而且偏贵了。

服务员办事能力有待提高，居然把客户的房型也能搞错，海景房面对的是一堆废墟，也是醉了，978的房间还不如758的房间，真是搞笑。十二点必须退房，过了时间就要计时收费，关键在咨询费用时工作人员的口径还不一致，真是醉了，建议上岗培训一下。

坑爹海景双床房，阳台空旷没有遮阳伞，楼下是海鲜排挡，油烟味很浓，海面不宽阔右边有建筑，左边有小山，海滩很小很脏，卫生间淋浴房很小，床很小。总之很糟糕。

环境卫生都还不错，床很舒服，前台服务要看人，有些好有些一般，早餐还行就是会感觉种类太少......超喜欢这个阳台，晚上坐在那里喝酒很写意.....水压有点儿小，总体还是蛮好蛮舒服的
