到了要退房的前一天，在艺龙预定加多一天，晚上去跟前台确认，前台说预定好就行了，结果第二天催着我们退房！然后第二天又加多一天，因为临时有事，跟他们说把房退了，酒店死活不同意说我给你预留就不能退了。你们真的给我预留了房吗？如果预留也不至于赶我走吧？前台的服务是最差的。尤其是那个长得黑麻麻的女人态度非常差
