周边环境很安静，但出行方便，直达中山路和厦门大学的线路都有。早餐中规中矩，该有的都有，正好遇上会议，补餐稍慢。床单、毛巾都很干净，室内的地毯感觉有污渍，有些鸡肋。

酒店位置不错，带孩子去喂喂鸽子很近，但是房间没有窗户就算了，搞个天窗，简直崩溃，6点钟房间里就亮得和室外一样，睡啥呀！而且房间特别闷，开空调换气也完全没有作用，也没有凉拖，去卫生间洗澡不方便。
