第一次去集美，这家酒店的位置比较偏，所以比较安静。通过长长的走廊的时候，感觉绿化做得很好，如果不是台风的话，应该看上去更舒适。房间内物品齐全，美中不足的是两边的窗帘都有大片的锈渍。

有停车场，商务套房客厅备有茶具，而且有两个卫生间。装修比较简洁，很干净。早餐也不错

位于厦门岛外，所以，如果是去岛内旅游的话，选择这家酒店比较不方便。我是去集美大学报名，这家酒店离本部比较远但是离轮机学院，水产学院，音乐学院，生物学院还有教师教育学院比较近。总体感觉还是不错的，服务态度也很好，酒店有提供免费自助早餐。酒店附近有鳌园（陈嘉庚先生的墓），集美中学（校园非常复古美丽！）

从所订的房间来看，所收取的房价有点贵，如果能多打一点折扣就好啦。但在目前的集美区来说，天地人酒店是当地最好的酒店，如果你要追求档次，目前只能选它。
大堂的环境相当不错，设有茶艺室可品茶。
配免费的自助早餐，这点不错。

我与8.4日·通过同程网预定·该酒店9.1~9.6日的2间普通标间，要求房间同一楼层相邻。9。1日中午1点多到达酒店，应未到退房时间，所定房间未腾出，需等待。因时间尚早，寄存行李在酒店，外出。四点多返回酒店办理入住手续，发现2房间不在同一楼层，分2层，4层，故要求酒店调换，被告知无房可换。通过同程客服与酒店交涉查询记录，酒店承认有过失，答应次日调换，但等到我6号退房，也没见酒店给予调换或给与情况说明。深感失望。br另：该酒店注明是四星级酒店，但普通标间所在为酒店主楼后面的一栋四层建筑，无电梯，行李搬运全凭脚力和臂力，。再：一层正在装修，噪音极大。br入住数日，没感觉到四星级的标准和服务，失望！只是卫生情况还不错
