一、酒店：位置不错、房间不错，但服务有待改善，服务员只有一人，看属于个人经营，一楼没有总台，停车很不方便，进出必须酒店员工带，（吵了几架）酒店饮料过期，热水不稳定。总体来说性价比太差。
二、艺龙：我是艺龙老客户，但多次让人很失望，酒店告知艺龙小孩要带户口本，但艺龙每有告知，等支付后进店后方知道！投诉时态度不好，有点投诉无门的感觉，就是不退钱！已经失望透顶，建议退艺龙，反正我退了。
