来厦门探亲就定的厦门亲戚附近酒店，5个人定的家庭复式套房，结果坐火车当天入住，告知我复式套间没有了……无语，如果这样，那预定有什么意义，我哪里定不到酒店，当天来了才告诉我，态度也不好，复式房没有为什么不能提前告知一下，典型的欺瞒消费者！没找你们退款都算好的了……

设施还不错，床非常软，很舒服。做卫生的阿姨人特别好，很有礼貌，但是前台的工作人员，板着脸，说话也是很冷漠，这服务态度只能给3颗星了，谢谢。
