什么都好，位置好，装修也好，就是管理团队，前台看你是网上订的，就忽悠你到顶层电梯到不了，最偏僻的入睡住，经过平台投诉沟通，才肯把好的房间给你。前台预留电话打了提示关机，114预留电话打了没人接。真替酒店老板伤心，这么好的酒店位置，酒店装修，请了这么差劲员工，不想再去住了
