酒店大门进去感觉挺高大上，到房间后味道很大，开窗通风打开空调后发现空调不制冷！而客房服务没有提前告知！十二点多我打客服电话！被告知中央空调出故障！！！酒店服务人员没有帮忙跟换薄被！明知道空调故障也没给客人提供电风扇！总之一夜无眠！！！孩子们睡的满头大汗！换了好几身衣服！这么热的天气空调坏了还让我们盖那么厚的被子！！差评！！！

环境新、干净、装修风格很好，地方安静，住得得舒服，不知是我那房间问题还是都一样，厕所没插座，吹风筒没办法在厕所用，房内有插座却没镜子，细节不到位，还有就是位置偏一点，叫车不方便，只能叫嘀嘀专车。舒适性OK，便利性中，供大家参考
