看到好评预定的，入住了才发现，好评都是酒店通过小恩小惠忽悠大家给好评的。酒店及前台服务员没有服务意识，第一天入住全家两个大人两个孩子的信息都已经提供给酒店登记，结果第三天晚上十点多打电话说我小闺女的信息没登记上，连句道歉的话都没有，全国各地都去过了，一个三岁的孩子，有啥好登记的，况且是酒店原因造成没登记成功，想骂人，再也不去！房间设施陈旧！
