那天中午11点多打电话到总台要续住半天，后来总台回电话，我还没说完话她就挂掉电话，这点意识没有。其它都还不错，毕竟老牌子老酒店

设施陈旧，是按十几年前三星级标准设计，有些开关脱落，屋内空调风机噪音大，插座在墙角，问服务员有没排插，跟欠她钱似的直接说没有，我又问是酒店就没配置还是被借光，她说没有那东西。
关于排插的事，当天晚上电话问客房服务，后来给我找了一个。

宾馆优点是地段不错，就在厦禾路，离火车站近，早餐不错，品种较多，有厦门特色的面线糊，还有一般酒店所没有的小肠稀饭。但缺点也存在，地毯、设施陈旧，有些墙纸损坏了也未修复，感觉破烂不堪，最让人惊讶的是入住时房间内居然有蝙蝠，总体性价比一般。
